Well it took a while to get sorted but the theme is back online.

I have been spending the last few months getting my web development company online so this site took a back seat.

I am now getting back on with my photography as well so expect to see a bit more activity from now on. I am planning on setting up a full gallery of any photography work I do and also a shop to order prints, frames and various items you can purchase. My main area of focus will be pieces of work suitable for displaying in your homes. I would be interested in hearing any feedback you have when it is complete.

If you do require any photography doing for an event and something in particular please get in touch with me and I would love to help out and build up my portfolio a lot more.

Oh Dear… Theme back online soon

We have had a few issues with our theme being hacked so we are back to this temporary layout.

Home Studio Setup (Portrait + Modelling)

I have recently moved into a new flat and have decided to learn about portrait photography and modelling photography. I am going to have a fairly straight forward set-up to begin with so I can experiment and get used to this new area of photography.

I will post some initial photos on here once it is all ready and list what equipment is being used.

When the studio is setup and ready, I will be looking for a few people willing to be used for a photo shoot to build up my portfolio. You can keep any photos you like and won’t be charged.

Event promotion guide and how easy it is to make money from it!

I know this isn’t directly involved with photography but i thought it would interest a few people.

I read this guide a few months ago and it has some brilliant advice on promoting events and making money from it. It can help with event photography as it helps advise on approaching people and coming across in the correct way to potential clients.

The cost is minimal and the effects will be worth far more. Take a look here

I have put a few pictures online now from my experimentation with my DJ equipment. Using camera motion and a slow shutter speed I managed to achieve some interesting effects.

Logo design complete

The logo has now been designed for business cards and for all paper documents. Wanted to keep it simple and vibrant and I think this has been achieved well.

OK I have changed the header to make it clear what this blog is going to be used for shortly. I will next be creating a page for my client list and also some example work I’ve done in the past. I will be on the lookout for a decent wordpress gallery too
